Das deutsche Bio-Siegel darfst du nur bei eindeutigem Bezug zu einer konkreten Zutat einsetzen, nicht allgemein auf dem Speiseplan platzieren. Anbauverband-Logos wie Bioland sind mit gültigem Markennutzungsvertrag erlaubt, das EU-Bio-Logo bleibt Gastronomiebetrieben dagegen komplett verwehrt.
