Pool hygiene - Pool inspection

The following checks must be carried out before guests arrive:

• Check the access restrictions

• Measurement of chlorine content and pH value and entry in the operating logbook

• Checking the pool temperature and taking possible corrective measures

• Check the pools and pool edges for soiling

• Visual inspection of the suction points

• Removal and cleaning of the pool vacuum cleaner if necessary

• Check that the channel switch has been reset after morning cleaning

• Checking that chairs and loungers are positioned according to set standards

• Ensuring the integrity and slip resistance of surfaces

• Elimination of potential tripping hazards

• Ensuring clear escape routes

• Checking the handrails

• Visual inspection and cleaning of pool overflows

• Visual or application control of slides
